2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

3. Products and Descriptions

All artwork, prints and related products are created or authorised by Steve Banister. We make every effort to display colours, textures and details accurately. However, due to differences in screen calibration, we cannot guarantee that the display on your device precisely reflects the physical product.

All descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Original artworks and limited editions are sold as described and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable once production has begun.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs and artwork, is the intellectual property of Steve Banister unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.
